Board & Volunteers of Rhodesian Ridgeback Rescue
We believe that everyone in our community can be a volunteer. As a not-for-profit institution, Rhodesian Ridgeback Dog Rescue seeks donations and volunteers to help with our dog rescue efforts. That way, we can sustain every dog we find and care for. We aim to keep them healthy and safe until their new owner adopts them.

Welcome!
Rescue has been around for many years, even before the web!
If you’re not familiar with Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs, they are large-sized dog breeds. They came from the South Africa region and can be traced to ridged hunting and guarding dogs. These dogs were crossed with European dogs by the colonists of the Cape Colony in South Africa. Learn from the Rhodesian Ridgeback Resources to find out more about this dog breed, which will help you understand them better and how you can protect them.

Most of these dogs were surrendered by their owners. That’s why finding new homes for them is our top priority. The Rhodesian Ridgeback adoption will guide you on how you can adopt and take care of one. It will mean a lot for these dogs to have a family again. In the meantime, our volunteers are caring for them. Should you decide to adopt or volunteer, please feel free to contact us.
